A selfish money minded protagonist, RAMASAMY-who mints money from his village folks using their superstitious belief vested in and around a temple now becomes stranded when his major source of income viz the temple is temporarily forced to shut by law due to the riots in the village.. After trying numerous ways to reopen the temple he decides to spread a pandemic and embeds this pandemic as the act of God in the locals mind. Believing it's true the villagers decides to reopen the temple but a time frame is fixed by the authorities to reopen the temple and various conflicts arise within that time and how the protagonist resolves all these stakes and what all he emotionally learns in this journey forms the crux of the story.
