2005 – A year before the events of Project: High Council series, Kahar, the youngest son of Dato’ Abu Yamin, is a quiet, introverted Form 4 student in the prestigious Kolej Ungku Deramat (KUDRAT) boarding school, living under the immense pressure of his father’s high expectations. His life takes a dramatic turn when he steps in to save his best friend Hakeem from bullying. Kahar suddenly finds himself thrust into the ‘Pilihanraya’, a brutal tournament where students brawl for a chance to become ‘Kapla’, the leader of the ‘High Council’ - the underground bullying ring which rules over the entire student body.
