Ningrum, a young woman, has always been the target of scorn and ridicule from the villagers due to the rumors surrounding her mother, Handini. A renowned sinden (traditional Javanese singer) and the village's prima donna, Handini is suspected of engaging in a pact with dark forces. Many men have fallen victim to this sinister agreement, serving as sacrificial offerings.
Ningrum's life takes a further turn for the worse when her secret love, Jalu, becomes entangled in Handini's web of deceit and is chosen as the next sacrifice. As Ningrum fights to save Jalu from a gruesome fate, she faces a relentless onslaught of terrifying attacks.
Will Ningrum be able to break free from the shackles of her mother's past and protect the one she loves, or will she succumb to the dark forces that threaten to consume them both?
