A-Wei, an extremely unlucky man with no family or support, faces a series of unfortunate events, including losing his job due to his boss`s disappearance. Overwhelmed by despair, he attempts to end his life by overdosing on pills but is unsuccessful and begins to see four ghosts haunting him. Seeking answers and relief, A-Wei turns to Master Fa-Fa, a shaman who helps him understand that the ghosts are bound to this world until their unfulfilled wishes are granted. Reluctantly, A-Wei embarks on a mission to help these ghosts find closure, hoping that once their wishes are fulfilled, they will leave him alone. As he sets out on this mission, A-Wei gets closer to Xiao Yin, the compassionate ambulance attendant who saved him from death. Throughout the journey, the ghosts lead A-Wei to rediscover the joys and pleasures of life, bringing a sense of hope and healing to his troubled existence.
