Wening, a mother, experiences a tragic event when her 11-year-old daughter, Nirmala, goes missing in a motorbike accident on a bridge. The accident also claims the life of Uti Yah, Wening's mother. Wening feels immense guilt for causing her mother's death and for her daughter being swept away in the river, but she believes Nirmala is still alive. Tirta, a female mystery podcast creator, becomes interested in viralizing Wening's tragic story, but her involvement ends up uncovering dark secrets from Wening's past that led to Nirmala's disappearance.
With relentless determination and hope, Wening searches for Nirmala, even seeking help from Tetsuya, a researcher from Japan, and Mbah Gowa, a mysterious shaman. However, during her search, Wening is continuously visited by the ghost of Uti Yah. Will Wening be reunited with Nirmala?
