His life takes a dramatic turn when he steps in to save his best friend Hakeem from bullying. Kahar suddenly finds himself thrust into the ‘Pilihanraya’, a brutal tournament where students brawl for a chance to become ‘Kapla’, the leader of the ‘High Council’ - the underground bullying ring which rules over the entire student body.
