The residents of Kampung Terbalik become victims of attacks by Pontianak Melati and Pontianak Mewangi, who are constantly hungry. The situation becomes even more chaotic when the villagers mistakenly believe that they are blood-sucking pontianaks, causing many villagers to fall into comas! PAK AKAD (55 YEARS), MALIK (29 YEARS), SOLEH (29 YEARS), and the other villagers are actively trying to figure out how to stop the pontianak attacks that are plaguing their village. The appearance of LEE MIN HO (29 YEARS) causes Pontianak Melati and Pontianak Mewangi to fall in love with him, leadingto a rivalry for Lee Min Ho's attention. MELUR's (28 YEARS) closeness to Lee Min Ho makes the two pontianaks jealous, seeing Melur as a rival!

The appearance of KEMBOJA (50 YEARS), a former nurse and Pak Akad's ex-girlfriend, brings hope to the villagers as she tries to treat and revive those who are in comas. However, the problem persists, with more and more villagers falling victim, leaving them increasingly desperate. Finally, Lee Min Ho decides to sacrifice his looks and pretends to have fallen in love with Pontianak Melati and Pontianak Mewangi. Although his decision is opposed by Malik and Soleh, he receives strong support from Pak Akad, the village head. Lee Min Ho plans to trap Melati and Mewangi during a "candlelight dinner."

Just as success seems within reach, Soleh appears and worsens the situation. Kemboja arrives and stops the chaos, revealing that she is actually dead. Kemboja returns with a vendetta against Pak Akad, targeting the blood of all the villagers to trouble Pak Akad. Pontianak Melati and Mewangi are furious, as they are wrongly accused of sucking the villagers' blood because of Kemboja. They help the villagers trap Kemboja in a bottle. Pak Akad is disappointed by the truth about Kemboja but relieved that Kampung Terbalik is peaceful again. Lee Min Ho thanks Pontianak Melati and Mewangi but asks them to leave the village. Melati and Mewangi reluctantly agree but stop at the village gate, determined to continue protecting the peace of Kampung Terbalik.
