The movie Ngesot tells the story of Syazwan, a man who owns high fighting spirit and big spirit, had to face difficulties after him accident and fall in the forest. Syazwan's best friend, namely Acap, was also involved in the accident but he could not be traced. Just a voice often heard in all corners of the forest to ask for help. In severe condition and paralysis, Syazwan had to shuffle to all corners of the forest to looking for Acap.
Syazwan faced various obstacles and bitter moments where he was find poisonous and ferocious animals such as giant lizards, snakes, coyotes and others - another. Syazwan had to survive for 4 days without medical help, food and drink only armed with his training experience as a native soldier allowing Syazwan to continue to "survive" looking for Acap and a way out. Meanwhile, the wife and Syazwan's younger sisters, namely Nisa and Suria do various ways to find Syazwan.
They contacted all of Syazwan's contacts and searched Syazwan is everywhere including his workplace, but still can't find it Syazwan. Nisa who is heavily pregnant is too worried about Syazwan's fate. He has also reported the disappearance of Syazwan to the police. Syazwan finally saved by the natives in the forest who were initially seen as villains that will kill him.
