Chief of Indian Secret Agency drops his top agent at Andaman Islands to live a unanimous life with no emotional attachment with anyone. The Agent tries to save a puppy, which is injured, that leads him to its owner Sowmya, who is in trouble from the local money lender and a strong man Daali, who makes her father commit suicide to settle his dues. On the other hand, Burma, son of Aththo shop owner is in love with Sowmya and he gets into an issue unknowingly with Daali. At the same time, both Sowmya and Burma have issues with Daali and the Agent, who is connected with both emotionally tries to help them and, in the process, he gets exposed from his unanimous life as the most wanted secret agent. The Agent has to save both Sowmya and Burma from Daali before he is killed by the powerful people, who is after him. How he goes about achieving these, forms the story.
