Zia (Ratu Sofya), a young girl and the daughter of Djarot (Cornelio Sunny), a thug known as "Gali," is married to Danang (Tio Pakusadewo), who is actually the leader of the PETRUS (Mysterious Shooters) group. When Danang no longer needs Djarot and the other "Gali" thugs he has been using, he decides to kill and slaughter them all. From that moment, the restless spirits of the murdered Gali form a group of coffin-carrying ghosts, known as "Kromoleo," that haunt the villagers. Anyone who witnesses the Kromoleo will die from its terror. Zia finds herself caught between two choices: Danang, her grandfather, or Djarot, her father.
