Lily, a popular YouTuber dealing with her own heartbreak after her boyfriend cheated on her with her best friend, finds Xiaoya’s haunted phone. Strange messages, eerie images, and mysterious calls start coming from the phone, pulling Lily into Xiaoya’s ghostly world.Xiaoya is a quiet, smart high school student who suffers constant bullying from her classmates. They target her because of her friendship with another student, Sun Kaili. Feeling alone and overwhelmed, Xiaoya tragically takes her own life. However, before she dies, she leaves behind a chilling message—her spirit is bound to her smartphone, demanding revenge on those who hurt her.As Lily learns about Xiaoya’s painful past, she begins to feel sorry for her and understands her need for justice.
Lily decides to help Xiaoya get back at the bullies. One by one, each person who hurt Xiaoya faces frightening supernatural events that force them to confront what they did. Through these terrifying experiences, the truth about Xiaoya’s suffering and her bullies’ cruelty comes to light.
As Lily aids Xiaoya’s spirit, she starts to face her own painful memories of being bullied. In helping Xiaoya get closure, Lily finds healing for herself as well. But by the end, Lily realizes that revenge has a cost, and some hauntings can never truly be left behind.
