Wang Ying Jun (starring by Freddie Wong), who runs a homestay, adopted two children: Wang Xiao Long (starring by Clarence Wong) and Wang Xiao Feng (starring by Ribbon Ooi). Wang Xiao Long, who suffers from mild autism, has loved painting since childhood. His academic performance is not ideal. Under the dual pressure of taking the SPM exam and Wang Ying Jun’s hope for his success, he resolutely chose to commit suicide.
In order to forget the pain, 60-year-old Wang Ying Jun decided to take the SPM exam. With the encouragement of his good friend Ji Shu (starring by Chun Wong), he focused on studying and taking the exam, but he failed the exam 4 times in a row. He gradually understood Wang Xiaolong's feelings.
