TOWN MALL, an abandoned project holds its own mystery. There were rumors that the project could not be completed because the project?s engineer and workers experienced disturbance by some mystical entities. After being abandoned for 10 years, a well-known local property developer company plans to rebuild and complete the abandon building and hope to turn it into a popular and well-known shopping mall in the town of Seremban. Will the project be able to be completed without any hindrance? Is it true that the mystical being that once inhibit the building has disappear? Will the incident that happened 10 years ago will not repeat itself? In the Part 1 of this novel turned film, we were introduced to Rusdi, a project manager who will be responsible to manage the incomplete building that has been abandoned for 10 years. The mysterious incident that happened 10 years ago leaves him skeptical to undertake the responsibility. Unfortunately, he has been given the responsibility to complete the project, whether he likes or not. The project of rebuilding and completing the building was running smoothly, until one day, incidents that occur 10 years ago repeated itself. Cement flooring was not hardening and worker were being possessed and started jumping from the top of the building. Numerous efforts were made to ?cleanse? the building including getting the help from local shaman, but all failed. The building is already inhibited by a ?penunggu?, an evil entity. But what is it? Or who is it? Maria, Rusdi?s wife, also experiences disturbance of a women named Akma. Rusdi?s life was never the same again. He keeps experiencing disturbances. At the same time, Rusdi is still ?befriending? Malek, his co-worker who has actually died a year before without Rusdi realizing it. Rusdi seek the help from To? Megat, a pious man, but the disturbances did not stop, until one day, Rusdi killed his wife Maria after being possessed by the evil entity. Rusdi was later shown dead by hanging himself and again the completion of Town Mall is being halted.
