Even though they are tasked with protecting the city of Mumbai, a majority of the police officers are not exactly "clean". The entire police force is rocked with terror when four such police inspectors are burnt alive in merciless killings. To stop further attacks, DCP Shivansh is called upon by the Commissioner to catch Vir, the vigilante behind the police killings.
