Since MIKADO Kosuke was a child, he has seen ghosts. He has had a difficult time because of that. One day, HIYAKAWA Rihito comes to the bookstore where Mikado works at and tells Mikado that if he is with him, he won't be afraid anymore. Hiyakawa is an exorcist. Mikado decides to take part in exorcisms conducted by Hiyakawa. They then receive a request from a detective about a serial murder case. While investigating the case, Hiyakawa and Mikado find a cursed dead body.
