A Taiwanese remake of the 2009 Korean movie of the same name. Cream and K become friends while in high school. Years passed, they are now living together, though not as a couple. K is diagnosed with leukemia but he feels reluctant to tell Cream, whom he has feelings for, that he is dying because he doesn`t want her to hurt. Cream then starts dating another man and accepts his marriage proposal, not knowing what K is hiding from her.
